Welcome to the Carisbrook Calisthenics Club official website!

Carisbrook Calisthenics Club is managed by a Management Committee, who are bound by our
Constitution. The Committee consists of parents of members who are prepared to donate their time
for the benefit of the Club. Each Committee is formed at our AGM at the end of each year.
CASA has regulated that all members of the Committee, all coaches and any adults over 18 years old
who are with the children must have a current police clearance.

Calisthenics is a fun and healthy way to keep fit for children of all ages.
It is a uniquely Australian sport, which requires discipline of mind and body, team work,
and an enthusiastic spirit.

No experience is necessary but a love of music and dance is essential.
It combines the best aspects of sport and art.
